Information

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
• Child below 5 years gets complimentary stay.
• The standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 morning. Early check-in and late check-outs are on request and subject to availability.
• Distance from Delhi to Rishikesh is approximately 227 kms and it takes around 4 hours 30 Minutes by car. 
• The Jungle cottage is located at 8 kms from Lakshman Jhula on the Neelkhanth Road. The Cottage is surrounded by hills from all sides and a perennial river flows in front of it. Travelers driving to the camp need to cross the Ganges at the barrage and drive left 20 kms towards Neelkanth through the Rajaji National Park.

Attention! 

• In case of cancellation of balloon ride due to inappropriate weather conditions, transport & hotel cost will be non refundable.
• You will be unable to take a balloon flight if you are pregnant. 
• There is no upper age limit, but a passenger must be able to stand for atleast one hour. Children must be at least 6 years of age and 1.5 m tall (to see over the sides of basket).
• If you have a disability, medical condition or have recently undergone a surgery, it's best to check with your doctor to ensure you're fit to fly. However, we're unable to fly anyone who is confined to a wheelchair. It is very important that you disclose any medical or physical condition that could be considered to affect your safety or the safety of others. You must not fly if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
